$11 Billion Settlement Reached To Compensate Victims
Monsanto, Roundup’s manufacturer, is facing more than 9,000 lawsuits from victims who were exposed to Roundup and have been diagnosed with cancers.
During the litigation, Monsanto was exposed for fabricating scientific research to suppress evidence that confirmed the NHL risk of Roundup. Due to the massive profits from selling harmful herbicides, Monsanto didn’t properly warn users about Roundup’s risks and even marketed it as a safe product.
